Q: How quickly can you deliver?

A: All orders are sent by Royal Mail First class recorded post, and most orders are delivered in 2-3 days. To be safe it's best to allow 7 days for delivery but if you're in a hurry we can rush your order through our system so just pop a note with it and we'll do our best.

Q: Some websites offer free postage, why do you not?

A: Unfortunately there's no such thing as free postage, we all have to pay for it. Those companies claiming to be offering free postage simply add it on to the price of the products, all we ask is that you compare our prices and in almost all cases you'll find your order total cheaper with us.

Q: I saw something on another website, can you get it for me.

A: Unfortunately we can not get special orders in, we bulk buy to keep prices low and as such it can take 6-8 weeks for delivery to us. Having said this we are happy to hear suggestions for additions to our range and will quite often stock suggested item in the future.
