Postage

We offer a very simple flat rate postage and packaging charge for all UK orders regardless of size. The postage cost is added during checkout and is currently just £2.50, so the more you buy per order the more you save.

All orders are posted by Royal Mail's "first class post" and most orders will arrive within a few days of ordering. If you require urgent delivery why not contact us, we might be able to help.

For buyers in Europe postage is currently £5.50

Returns

We really want you to be happy with your order, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied simply return the unopened products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage and packaging costs. We comply fully with the UK distance selling regulations and will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
